i have not often had egg on pizza, but they are usually in a combination of egg and bacon or ham. the few times i've had it, the raw egg was placed on top of a slice of ham, so it was like a fried egg when cooked. try it, it's good :) honest!!
It makes sense to me. One of my favorite pizzas has pepperoni, chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella and cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. If I like pizza with chicken, well . . . why not with eggs?
